First night
- “Elena” salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, roasted pepper, boiled potatoes, fresh cabbage, cow’s cheese, egg, Elena fillet, onion)
- Bruschetta with venison leg, butter, cherry tomato and arugula
- Pork neck on a plate with wild mushrooms, sauce and vegetables
- Homemade biscuit cake
- 50 g of Elenski butt appetizer, 50 ml of Elenska aged brandy, 250 ml of wine from the Elenski region, soft drink and mineral water
Second night
- Deer-style shepherd’s salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, roasted pepper, crumbled cow cheese, egg, deer leg, porcini mushrooms, onion, olives)
- Bruschetta with Elena fillet, butter, cherry tomato and parsley
- Chicken steaks with melted cheese and venison leg on crushed potatoes
- Cheesecake with homemade blueberries
- 50 g of Elenski butt appetizer, 50 ml of Elenska aged brandy, 250 ml of wine from the Elenski region, soft drink and mineral water
